Subject: BGMEA’s Participation in the ATF Show “(The International Apparel, Textile Footwear& Machinery Trade Exhibition of South Africa)” to be held from 16-18 November ,2012 at Cape Town in South Africa.

It is our pleasure to inform you that EPB will organize “ATF Show” to be held from 16-18 November, 2012 at Cape Town in South Africa. The Fair will be held at Cape Town, South Africa.

Each Stall Size : 3 Meter x 3 Meter = 9 sqm
Per Stall Rent : Tk. 105000/- ( Tk. One lac five thousand) only.
All other expenses (Hotel, Air Ticket, Local Transport and food) will have to be borne by the participants.
Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export in African market are requested to send their applications to BGMEA within 22 October, 2012 along with stall rent in favour of EPB as per the followings:--
1. Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.
2. Two persons will be allowed for each stall.( Name of representative’s -nominated representatives must be an active Shareholder Director of that Unit).
3. Company profile of participating unit.
4. Last three years export data of participating unit, (PRC–Proceed Realization Certificate should be submitted in support of export)
5. Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)
6. Name of the products, to be displayed in the fair.
7. All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally. EPB and BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the participants in this respect.
8. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
