 Subject:   Application for space allocation to display “Ready Stock Apparel Sale for Export” during BATEXPO-2012.

Dear members,

You are aware that BGMEA is organizing its 23^rd edition of BATEXPO-2012 scheduled to be held from December 12 to 14, 2012 at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre(BICC), Dhaka.

Honourable Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, MP, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has kindly consented to inaugurate the BATEXPO-12, the annual prestigious event of BGMEA on 12 December, 2012 at 11.00 AM as the Chief Guest.  On the other hand Begum Khaleda Zia, Hon'ble Leader of the Opposition in the Jatiya Sangshad has confirmed to attend as the Chief Guest in the closing ceremony on 13 December, 2012 at 3:30 PM.

It is expected that a good number of apparel buyers, buying house representatives, trade body representatives and other related traders will visit BATEXPO-2012. It is an opportunity of the ready stock holders to display their stocks before the respective buyers and traders.

As ever, this year BGMEA has also arranged to display ready stock apparels of its members during BATEXPO-2012.

Interested BGMEA members are requested to kindly send their application to BGMEA Fair Cell (4^th Floor) by November 25, 2012 with detailed information of their stock items.
