Subject:    BGMEA’s Participation in the “India International Mega Trade Fair” to be held from 13 to 23 December,2013 at Kolkata, India. 

Honb’le Members,

It is our pleasure to inform you that EPB and Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry(Kolkata), India will jointly organize “India International Mega Trade Fair”(B2B and B2C) to be held from 13 to 23 December,2013 at Kolkata, India. 

Each Stall Size           : 3 Meter x 3 Meter = 9 sqmt(A.C Pavilion)

Per Stall Rent   : Tk. 45000/- ( Tk. Forty five thousand) only( Including Lunch, Dinner and local Transport). 

All other expenses (Hotel, Air/Bus Ticket) will have to be borne by the participants. 

Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export in India market are requested to send their applications to BGMEA within 31 October, 2013 along with stall rent in favour of EPB as per the followings:-- 

1. Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.

2. Two persons will be allowed for each stall

3. Company profile of participating unit.

4. Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)

5. All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally. EPB and BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the participants in this respect.

6. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
