Subject:    BGMEA’s Participation in the “Fashion Access” to be held from 31 March, 2014 to 02 April, 2014 at Hong Kong. 

Honb’le Members, 

It is our pleasure to inform you that EPB will organize “Fashion Access” to be held from 31March, 2014 to 02 April,2014 at Hong Kong. 

Each Stall Size           : 3 Meter x 3 Meter = 9 sqm

Per Stall Rent              : Tk. 150000/- ( Tk. One lac fifty thousand) only.                              

All other expenses (Hotel, Air Ticket, Local Transport and food) will have to be borne by the participants. 

Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export in China market are requested to send their applications to BGMEA within 05 November, 2013 along with stall rent in favour of EPB as per the followings:--

1.       Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.

2.       Two persons will be allowed for each stall.( Name of representative’s -nominated representatives must be an active Shareholder Director of that Unit).

3.       Company profile of participating unit.

4.       Last two years export data of participating unit, (PRC–Proceed Realization Certificate should be submitted in support of export)5.       Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)

6.       All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally. EPB and BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the participants in this respect.

7.       Incomplete applications will not be processed.
