It is our pleasure to inform you that EPB will organize “India International Mega Trade Fair
(IIMTF)” scheduled to be held with effect from 28^th February to 09^th March, 2014 at Ranchi,

Jharkhand, India.

BGMEA invites its interested members to participate in the said fair for promotion of there products in India.

Last date of Stall booking is 10 December, 2013.

Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export in Indian market are requested to send their applications to BGMEA by 10 December, 2013 along with stall rent in favour of EPB as per the followings:

1. Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.

2. Two persons will be allowed for each stall

3. Company profile of participating Unit.

4. Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)

5. All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally.

6. EPB and BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the participants in this respect.

7. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
