Subject: Participation in International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet at Ichalkaranji Kolhapur, Maharashtrea, India. 

Dear Member, 

It is our pleasure to inform you that, The Powerloom Development & Export promotion Council (PDEXCIL) organise ”International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet” at Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur Dist.  Maharashtra from 7th to 9th March, 2014, The organiser are inviting potential buyers & importers from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia, Mauritius, USA,UK, France, Indonesia, Turkey, Germany,  UAE,etc.  

About 120 leading Indian companies will be exhibiting/ showcasing the latest range of Powerloom fabrics, made ups and home textiles viz.  Shirting, Suiting, Sarees, Dress materials, Denim, Bed linen, Kitchen linen, Bath Linen, Living & Dining linen & Technical Textiles etc. before the visiting foreign buyers,to enable participating members to develop / expand their export trade. 

To make the occasion memorable a Fashion Show will also be organized to show case the physical appearance of the exclusive range of powerloom fabrics/made-ups.

A core group of selected buyers invited for the Meet will be provided economy class return air tickets and complimentary hotel accommodation at Kolhapur for the period of the Meet. This unique Reverse Buyer Seller Meet is being supported by the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Textile, Government of India.

Textile/Importers buyers will be invited for the meet based on the following criteria.

·                         Only leading companies importing cotton  blended fabrics and synthetic in large quantities will be invited. (Turnover may be checked)

·                         Only one representative of a company shall be eligible for subsidized air fare and hotel accommodation.

·                         The representative should be owner /Director/Senior Manager as stated by the Director or owner or certified by the company.

·         The company may be recommended by the local textile industry/associations.

·                         Buyers from different sectors shall be invited (e.g. those who deal in fabrics, made-ups, Home Textiles etc.)
