We would like to let you know with a heavy heart that April 24, 2013, the date that changed the total scenario of the RMG industry in Bangladesh is approaching. The worst and deadliest incident ever happened in the history of garment industry took place at the Rana Plaza at Savar in Bangladesh on that day. Keeping in mind the date of Rana Plaza incident 'April 24th', we are going to observe the day with due respect and pray for the eternal peace of the departed souls all together on its 1 year end. Our program will start at sharp 11:00 AM on 24th April at the BGMEA Complex, 23/1, Panthapath Link Road, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka - 1215. There will be a Condolence Rally as well prior to start praying for the departed souls and showing respect to them. It will be much appreciated if you please come and join hands with us in the prayer. The program will be aired live in all the TV channels so that people from all over the country can pray at the same time for the victims of the incident. Remain in anticipation of your timely and appreciable presence at BGMEA office on April 24, 2014.
