The second Denimsandjeans Expo began in at Radisson Hotel in the city on 15 October.
Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Pankaj Saran inaugurated the exposition.
BGMEA President Md. Atiqul Islam, BKMEA President A. K. M. Salim Osman, MP and BTMA President Jahangir Alamin were present as special guests at the inaugural ceremony of the expo.
Twenty-four companies from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Germany, China and Brazil are taking part in the two-day show.
The expo is focusing on industry growth and attracting buyers toward Bangladesh for quality jeans and related apparel. The first show was held in March.
