The 33rd and 34th annual general meetings (AGM) of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) were held at Noorul Quader Auditorium in BGMEA Complex on 3 September 2016.
BGMEA President Md. Siddiqur Rahman chaired the meetings.

The accounts of BGMEA for the year ended on 31st December 2015 were adopted and the budget for the period January 2016 to June 2016 was approved in the 33rd annual general meeting.

\In the 34th AGM, the accounts of BGMEA for the period ended on 30th June 2016 were adopted and the budget for the year 2016-2017 was approved.
BGMEA Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir presented the budget.
BGMEA First Vice President Moinuddin Ahmed, Senior Vice President Faruque Hassan, Vice President SM Mannan (Kochi), Vice President Mahmud Hasan Khan (Babu), Vice President Md. Ferdous, Directors, former BGMEA Presidents, Chairmen of different Standing Committees and Members of BGMEA also attended the meetings.
