Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) has taken a series of programs in observance of the National Mourning Day-2021 and the 46th martyrdom anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

As part of the programs, BGMEA distributed foods and gave educational materials including the copies of Holy Quran with Bangla translation, religious books, dry foods and a refrigerator to the students of Markazul Fiqhil Islami on August 16.

BGMEA President Faruque Hassan handed over the educational materials to Hafez Maulana Mahfuzur Rahman, head of Markazul Fiqhil Islami.Director of Giant Group Sharmeen Hassan Tithi and teachers of Markazul Fiqhil Islami were present on the occasion.

In his address, BGMEA President Faruque Hassan called on the students to follow the ideals of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and contribute to building a prosperous Bangladesh.
