International Trade Expo for Building and Fire Safety kicked off at Bangabandhu International Convention Center in Dhaka on 6 December.
Honorable Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed, MP, was present at the inaugural ceremony of the expo as chief guest.
The 3-day expo is organized with an aim to display modern fire safety equipment and disseminate knowledge on fire safety among RMG entrepreneurs.
BGMEA President Md. Siddiqur Rahman attended theceremony as special guest.
CEO of ELEVATEIan Spaulding, Managing Director of the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety Mesbah Rabin, and Director General of the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence, Brig. Gen. Ali Ahmed Khan, Psc, were also present on the occasion.
