A delegation of world’s renowned brand Marks & Spencer headed by its Chairman Archibald John Norman had a meeting with the leaders of BGMEA, including its President Md. Siddiqur Rahman at a hotel in Dhaka.
Other members of the Marks & Spencer delegation were Stephen Joseph Rowe, Chief Executive Officer; Stephen Michael Fitzgerald, Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer; Gillian Clare Mcdonald, Managing Director, Clothing & Home; Mark Lindsey, Sourcing Director; and Shwapna Bhowmick, Country Head, Bangladesh & Myanmar.
FBCCI President Md. Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin), BGMEA Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir, and Director Md. Munir Hossain were also present at the meeting.
At the meeting they had a discussion on different issues related to the RMG industry of Bangladesh.
