A roundtable discussion on “$ 50 Billion Export Target and the Role of CEBAI” was held at a city hotel on 19 December.
The BGMEA in association with the Center of Excellence for Bangladesh Apparel Industry (CEBAI) andthe ILO organized the discussion.
Different stakeholders took part in the roundtable to share their views on how CEBAI can contribute to achieving USD 50 billion from RMG exports by creating skilled workfoce for the sector.
Senior Vice President of BGMEA Faruque Hassan, former President of BGMEA Md. Atiqul Islam and Vice President Md. Shahidullah Azim, and CEO of National Skills Development Council (NSDC) A.B.M Khorshed Alam, among others, attended the roundtable.
