A trade delegation from Sierra Leone held a meeting with BGMEA leaders at BGMEA office on 18 July.
Different issues, especially potentials of investment in Sierra Leone by Bangladeshi RMG entrepreneurs was discussed in the meeting.

BGMEA Senior Vice President Faruque Hassan, Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir and Director Munir Hossain represented BGMEA while the Sierra Leone delegation included Abdul Kamara, Director, Program Management Unit, Ministry of Trade and Industry; Esther Johnson, Head of Financial Sector Development Unit, Bank of Sierra Leone, Morlani Bangura, Assistant Director, Research Department, Bank of Sierra Leone, and Onu Jaigirdar, Honorary Consul of Sierra Leone in Bangladesh.
