A training on ‘International Factoring for Foreign Trade’ was jointly organized by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) - Bangladesh and Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) at the Apparel Club on February 24.
Senior Commerce Secretary Hedayetullah Al Mamoon, ndc, attended the training session as chief guest, which was chaired by President of ICC-Bangladesh Mahbubur Rahman.
Addressing the training program as special guest BGMEA Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir thanked ICC-Bangladesh for organizing the training session on such an important topic.
He said the training will enrich the knowledge and expertise of the participants in international factoring which is a modern payment method in the global trade.
Chairman of the ICC Bangladesh Commission on Banking Muhammad A (Rumee) Ali, and Director, Asia, Factor Chain International Lee Kheng Leong were also present at the program.
