Today, a courtesy meeting of the BGMEA Chattogram Management Committee was held with Rear Admiral S. M. Moniruzzaman, Chairman of the Chattogram Port Authority.

Led by BGMEA’s First Vice President Salim Rahman, the meeting included constructive discussions on various important port-related issues, such as store rent and tariff increases, ship berthing delays, challenges at the Patenga Container Terminal, LCL delivery problems, shortage of handling equipment, Bay Terminal project, digitalization, and One Stop Service.

Also present at the meeting were Vice President Mohammad Rafiqul Chowdhury, Directors Mohammad Abdus Salam, Saif Ullah Mansur, Enamul Aziz Chowdhury, Sakeef Ahmed Salam, Port Affairs Advisor A.M. Mahabub Chowdhury, and Ward Affairs Standing Committee Co-Chairman Ryan Shams.
