BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology - BUFT, through its Career Development Club, organised the BUFT National Career Fest 2026 on January 14–15 at its permanent campus, aiming to strengthen links between academia and industry.

The fest was attended by Faruque Hassan, Chairman of the BUFT Board of Trustees; Mijanur Rahman, Vice President of BGMEA; Nafis Ud Doula, Director of BGMEA and others.

More than 300 organisations participated, attracting over 10,000 job seekers and around 40,000 visitors. Participants had the opportunity to engage in direct recruitment, attend on-the-spot interviews, and take part in a series of workshops, seminars, and panel discussions focusing on career development and industry readiness.
