Dear respected Members,
It is our pleasure to inform you that The International Apparel Sourcing Show  is solely focused on the sourcing of finished apparel and connecting the international manufacturing factories with US buyers and importers of fashion apparel will be held from 19- 21 July, 2011 at Javits Convention Center, New York, NY, USA. Apparel Sourcing puts you in direct contact with influential buyers, importers and companies that supply the $200 Billion annual US apparel industry. These importers, retailers, and purchasing agents place made-to-order purchases for mass, large, and medium size orders and have the ability to meet you company’s minimum order quantity productions runs. Your early confirmation is required in order to secure our booths.

Stall Size                      :         9 sqm
 
                                                                       Furniture and fixture  :         Each 9 sqm of exhibit space includes: 3 side hard wall structure, 3 Chairs, 1 Wastbasket, 1 Round Table, Hanging or Rolling Racks, Spotlights, Carpet, Booth ID Sign and Material Handling.
 
Price per booth (9Sqm):         3m X 3m (9sq. meters) $5,625.00
 
Stall booking deadline :         Within April 15, 2011 along with stall rent 
 
All other expenses (Hotel, Air Ticket, Local Transport and food) will have to be borne by the participants.
 
*It may be mentioned that applicants will have to pay the difference if stall rent increases due to the fluctuation in the rate of exchange between Dollar & Taka.
It may be mentionedthat members who having Retention Quota/FC account should pay their stall rent from FC account in Dollar along with Bank certificate and Members who have not enough money in FC account or not maintaining any FC account may make their payment in Taka through pay order favoring BGMEA along with a certificate from their respective bank stating that payment of stall rent has been made in Taka for non availability of sufficient amount in their FC account or for not maintaining any FC account.
 
                                  Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export to the US market are requested to send their applications to BGMEA within April 15, 2011 along with stall rent and the following documents.
 
1. Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.
2. Name of representatives -nominated representatives must be an active Shareholder Director of that Unit.
3. Two persons will be allowed for each stall.
4. Company profile of participating unit.
5. Last two years export data of participating unit, (PRC–Proceed Realization Certificate should be submitted in support of export)
6. Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)
7. Applicants are also requested to provide the information whether they have US visa existing or not. It may be mentioned that applicants who visited USA earlier they will get preference to participate in the Fair.
8. Name of the products, to be displayed in the fair.
(Incomplete applications will not be processed.)
 
Note: All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally. BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the participants for visa processing with US Embassy.
 
It may be mentioned that after confirmation of stall by the organizer and BGMEA, stall cancellation will not be allowed & booth rent will not be refunded. It is also mentioned that the company who will not get visa to participate in the show in due course their stall rent will be refunded. But if any one of the company get visa then their stall rent will not be refunded even if they do not want to participate in the said fair.
