a). Write an application in company letterhead addressing to Sam Sik Kim, Resident Trade Representative, KOTRA, Commercial Section, Embassy of the Republic of Korea.

b). Two Recent photograph.

c) Photocopy of passport, Trade Licensee & Memorandum of Articles, Income Tax Certificate, Vat Registration Letter (English translated Notary Public Endorsed Original copy.

d). Photocopy of Bank Statement for last 6 month.

e). Two recent Import or Export L/C copies.
