It is our pleasure to inform you that “Fashion Industry-2013” is being held from March 14-17,2013 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Each Stall Size          : 12 sqm

Per Stall Rent              : Euro 2360.

All other expenses (Hotel, Air Ticket, Local Transport and food) will have to be borne by the participants.

Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export in Russian market are requested to send their applications along with stall rent to Shark Trading & Marketing International and send a copy of the same to BGMEA within 24 February, 2013 as per the followings: --

1.    Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.

2.    Two persons will be allowed for each stall.( Name of representative’s -nominated representatives must be an active Shareholder Director of that Unit).

3.  Company profile of participating unit.

4.  Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)

5.  Name of the products, to be displayed in the fair.

6.  All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally. Shark Trading   

    & Marketing International and BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the

    participants in this respect.
