Each Stall Size          : 3 Meter x 3 Meter = 9 sqm

Per Stall Rent              : US$ 2475

All other expenses (Hotel, Air Ticket, Local Transport and food) will have to be borne by the participants.

Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export in African market are requested to send their applications to BGMEA within 10 October, 2013 along with stall rent in favour of Organizer stall as per the followings:--

1. Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.

2. Two persons will be allowed for each stall.( Name of representative’s -nominated representatives must be an active Shareholder Director of that Unit).

3. Company profile of participating unit.

4. Last three years export data of participating unit, (PRC–Proceed Realization Certificate should be submitted in support of export)

5. Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)

6. Name of the products, to be displayed in the fair.

7. All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally. Organizer and BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the participants in this respect.
