Subject: Application for allocation of stall of “BATEXPO-2014” in Paris from September 16-18, 2014.

Honourable Members,

BATEXPO in Paris has been rescheduled as per members’ demand to accommodate other contemporary expositions. Now the exposition will be held from September 16-18, 2014 at the same venue Pullman Dock at Paris, France. This will be the first time BATEXPO will be organized outside Bangladesh.

Based on the limitation of time & availability of suitable spaces, we have decided to take 75 members & 25 non-members for this event. The cost of each stand will be TK.1, 50,000/- for BGMEA Members and TK.2, 50,000/- for non-members. And the size of each stand will be 9 sqm with basic furniture.

Stalls will be sold on FIRST COME –FIRST –SERVE basis. Members are requested to book their stalls with in 30 June,2014.

Interested BGMEA members who want to promote export in Europe are requested to send their applications to BGMEA as per the followings:--

1.    Name of the Unit, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-mail.

2.    Payment should be made by Pay order/ Cash in favour of BGMEA.

3.    Two persons can take part from each company and the participants must be shareholder Director of the company.

4.    Company profile of participating unit.

5.    Passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, (First 5 pages and visa pages)

6.    All participants will be responsible to obtain their visa personally. BGMEA will provide necessary assistance to the participants in this respect.

7.    All other expenses (Hotel, Air Ticket and Transport) will have to be borne by the participants however BGMEA will try facilitating the same at a discounted rate.

Members, who have already taken stalls, need not to apply.

Please do not hesitate to take part if you are a small manufacturer. We will give priority & provide necessary support to small & medium manufacturers.
