Subject:   Participation in the “International Conference and Exhibition on Textiles & Apparel” to be held on 15-16 October,2014 at the Lalit Hotel, New Delhi, India.

Dear Sir,

It is our pleasure to inform you that Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Ministry of Textile, Government of India is organizing the said fair.

In collaboration with Ministry of Textile & Jute, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, BGMEA, BKMEA and BTMA is jointly participating in the said fair for further promotion of Bangladeshi Apparel in India.

Detail information of the Fair is given below:

Exhibition Date          : 15-16 October,2014

Venue                      : Lalit Hotel, New Delhi, India.

Stall Size                  :21 sqm (Bangladeshi pavilion) for BGMEA, BKMEA and BTMA

Participation Fee        : US$ 13500 paid by BGMEA, BKMEA and BTMA

Stall Participation Fee  :US$500 (The cost of traveling, accommodation and stall decoration cost will be on the part of participants)

Payment Procedure    : Payment should be made in favor of BGMEA in the form of Pay Order/ Crossed Cheque.

Interested applicants are requested to kindly confirm their participation in writing to the BGMEA. As usual, selection will be made on First Come-First-Serve Basis. BGMEA will provide all necessary cooperation.
