Subject: Application for allocation of stall of “Bangladesh Apparel & Safety Expo-2015”.

Honourable Members,  

We have the pleasure to inform you that BGMEA is organizing “Bangladesh Apparel & Safety Expo-2015” scheduled to be held from August 06-08, 2015 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Chittagong Bay View. 

We expect that Honourable Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, MP, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh will be inaugurating Bangladesh Apparel & Safety Expo-2015 on 06 August, 2015 at 10.30 a.m. as the Chief Guest. 

BGMEA has planned to make extensive publicity to attract the Foreign Apparel Importers  to visit “Bangladesh Apparel & Safety Expo-2015”. We are contacting directly with the apparel importers of different countries. Besides Bangladesh Missions abroad are also inviting the apparel importers, traders, buyers of the respective countries to visit the Fair. 

Since we have a limited number of stalls  for Members of BGMEA, manufacturers of Knit, Sweater, Woven garment items, Manufacturers of Woven and Knit Fabrics, Manufacturers of garment accessories (local and foreign) , Service Organizations, Garment Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Information Services, Garment related Machineries & Fire Equipments etc to participate in the “Bangladesh Apparel & Safety Expo-2015”,we would request you to contact for stalls by 15 July, 2015.  

Interested Participants are requested to kindly fill out the attached Stall Allocation Form and submit the same to BGMEA along with full amount of stall rent in the form of DD/Pay Order in favour of BGMEA or Bangladesh Apparel & Safety Expo, A/C no.-6913100057346, EXIM Bank Ltd., Kulshi Branch, Chittagong.
