Annual General Meeting

Notice

To: All Hon’ble Members of BGMEA

The 33^rd Annual General Meeting of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Associations (BGMEA) will be held on Saturday 3^rd September 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Noorul Quader Auditorium, BGMEA Complex, 23/1, Panthapath Link Road, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka-1215 to consider the following agenda.

Agenda:

1.    Confirmation of the minutes of 32^ndAnnual General Meeting held on September 22, 2015 at 03:00 PM in the Noorul Quader Auditorium, BGMEA Complex, 23/1, Panthapath Link Road, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka-1215.

2.    Consideration and adoption of the reports of the Association and the Accounts of the Association with Auditor’s Report thereon for the year ended 31^st December 2015, approval of the Budget for the period January 2016 to June 2016 due to regulatory consequential effects.

3.    Appointment of Auditor(s) and fixing up of their remuneration for the period January 2016 to June 2016 due to regulatory consequential effects.

4.    Any other business, notice for which shall have to be given to the Board of Directors 10 clear days before the date fixed for the Annual General Meeting or such other business as may be placed before the meeting with the permission of the Chair.

Hon’ble Members are requested to kindly attend the meeting in time.
