A B2B meeting was held between Bangladeshi apparel exporters and Indian yarn and fabric manufacturers at the Apparel Club in BGMEA Complex on 21 July. 
BGMEA organized the meeting to facilitate a meaningful business interaction between Bangladeshi apparel exporters and the Indian yarn-fabric suppliers so that both sides get an opportunity to have one-to-one interactions and explore mutual business opportunities.
BGMEA President Md. Siddiqur Rahman welcomed the Indian business delegation.
The Indian delegation was led by Ujwal R. Lahoti, Chairman of the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL).
Head of Chancery of the Indian High Commission to Bangladesh Tseten Nordon Cargyal was present at the meeting.
BGMEA First Vice President Moinuddin Ahmed, Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir, and BGMEA Directors also attended the meeting.
