The logo of the Silver Jubilee edition of BATEXPO 2026 was unveiled at a press conference held on 17 September 2026 at BGMEA Complex in Dhaka. 

BGMEA President Mahmud Hasan Khan briefed the media on the mega international event, scheduled for 18–19 November 2026, celebrating 25 years of a journey closely intertwined with the growth and transformation of Bangladesh’s apparel and textile industry.

The theme of this edition is A LEGACY OF EXCELLENCE. A FUTURE OF INNOVATION.

Organized by BGMEA, BATEXPO’26 will bring together global brands and retailers, policymakers, industry leaders, experts, development partners, academia, manufacturers, textile producers, technology providers, and other key stakeholders from Bangladesh and around the world.

The event will showcase the strength, resilience, innovation, and global competitiveness of Bangladesh’s apparel and textile industry while highlighting its vision for the future.

During the press conference, the BGMEA President also highlighted the upcoming Hong Kong Roadshow, jointly organized by BGMEA and HSBC to showcase Bangladesh’s apparel sector to international buyers, particularly those who do not currently source from Bangladesh. He also briefed the media on the establishment of the BGMEA–Japan Desk at BGMEA Complex to strengthen connections between Bangladeshi apparel manufacturers and Japanese buyers.
