The discussion centered on shared responsibility across brands and manufacturers, with a particular focus on responsible purchasing practices. BGMEA leadership, including Sheikh Hossain Muhammad Mustafiz, Director, BGMEA, Nafis Ud Doula, Director, BGMEA, Ms. Samiha Azim, Director, BGMEA and Wasim Zakariah, Chairman, Standing Committee on Responsible Business Hub and Sustainability Reporting, shared practical perspectives from the industry, while brand representatives acknowledged existing challenges and emphasized the need for collective progress.
