BGMEA has inked a deal with UNDP to have RMG factories assessed for their SDG alignment of the RMG factories. The project will include 50 factories initially and gradually scale up to cover the entire RMG industry.

Shaila Khan, Assistant Resident Representative and Advisor at UNDP, Linda Germanis, Head of the United Nations Volunteers Programme in Bangladesh, BGMEA President Rubana Huq, Directors Shehabudduza Chowdhury and Mohammad Abdul Momen, and Vice President Moshiul Azam Shajal were present at the MoU signing.
