A meeting was held at the National Board of Revenue (NBR) on 23 December in the capital.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan, Chairman, NBR and was attended by BGMEA, BKMEA and BTMA.

In the meeting, persistent problems with clearance related to Harmonized Systems codes, testing etc. were discussed.

BGMEA had also submitted specific cases as examples of delayed clearance in the said meeting.
