An Iftar and Doa Mahfil organized by BGMEA Chattogram Region was held on 07 March 2026 (Saturday) at the Navy Convention Centre in the city.

The event was presided over by BGMEA President Mahmud Hasan Khan. Special guests included State Minister for Chattogram Hill Tracts Affairs Barrister Mir Mohammed Helal Uddin, Mayor of Chattogram City Corporation Dr. Sahadat Hossain, Member of Parliament Shahjahan Chowdhury, Chairman of KDS Group Alhaj Khalilur Rahman, as well as the Commissioners of CMP and Customs.

The program was moderated by Shaif Ullah of BGMEA. Among the speakers were BGMEA First Vice President Salim Rahman, former First Vice President and current Director Mohammed Abdus Salam, Senior Vice President Inamul Haq Khan, Vice Presidents Md. Rezwan Selim, Mijanur Rahman, Vidiya Amrit Khan, and Mohammad Rafique Chowdhury.

Also present were BGMEA Directors Md. M. Mohiuddin Chowdhury, S.M. Abu Tayyab, Sakeef Ahmed Salam, Enamul Aziz Chowdhury, Rakibul Alam Chowdhury, Syed Mohammed Tanvir, along with other Directors from Dhaka.
