Members of BGMEA gathered at a program amid an ambience of unity and joy to celebrate Bangladesh’s historic achievement of getting eligibility for graduating to a developing country.
BGMEA organized the program titled “Members Night” for all its valued Members at Radisson Blu Dhaka on 26th March to mark the country's landmark feat and 48th Independence Day.
Melodious musical performance by famous singers Sabina Yasmin, Kumar Bishawjit and Kunal enchanted the audience and kindled patriotic zeal with their songs inspired by independence of Bangladesh.  
Fashion show by the students of BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology with creative dresses designed and modeled by themselves got huge applause from the audience.
BGMEA President Md. Siddiqur Rahman said that Bangladesh’ graduation to a developing country makes every member of the apparel happy and proud as the industry has significant contribution to this accomplishment.
