After a long hiatus of 16 years, Channel One has officially resumed its broadcasting on 27 April 2026.

On this special occasion, BGMEA Directors Nafis-Ud-Doula and Sheikh Hossain Muhammad Mustafiz, along with Jabed Hossain Bhuiyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on SDP, extended warm congratulations to Channel One.

They expressed optimism that the channel will play a meaningful role in Bangladesh’s development through constructive journalism and quality programs.
