BGMEA Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir said that in the era of fast fashion, diversification of denim products is much needed to ensure bright prospects of Bangladesh’s denim industry.
Being up-to-date in terms of technologies and fabric diversity are required to bring diversification to products, he said while addressing a seminar organized by Eastman Technocarfts Ltd in association with the Apparel News in Dhaka on February 1 to discuss how technologies can contribute to denim product diversification.
FBCCI President Md. Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin) and Advisory Editor of the Apparel News Shyamal Dutta and Managing Director of Denim Experts Ltd Mostafiz Uddin, among others, were present at the seminar.
