M Mosharraf Hossain, former president of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), passed away at United Hospital in Dhaka on August 18. He was 74.
He left behind his children and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
Mosharraf Hossain was also a Member of Parliament. He was elected MP from Feni-3 constituency thrice -- in 1991, 2001 and 2008.
