Global Reporting Initiation (GRI), a partner of UNDP, is training a total of 60 companies on sustainability reporting at the HSBC-UNDP Suppliers workshop.

The workshop is taking place two months after the HSBC-UNDP workshop on sustainability in the apparel sector. The BGMEA is now following up on 54% of follow up requests: awareness on SDG impact measurement (21%) and partnership to support the whole industry (33%).

An MoU between UNDP and BGMEA has already been signed to facilitate an SDG factory survey with GRI as technical partner.
