A workshop was held at BGMEA office on August 12 to demonstrate how the garment factories under Step Up project can improve their CSR practices and productivity.
BGMEA Vice President (Finance) Mohammed Nasir attended the program as chief guest while Step Up Project Manager Sofie Pedersen was present.
Officials of the factories under the project took part in the workshop to gather practical knowledge about productivity enhancement and CSR practices.
The Danish textile and fashion employer associations – Dansk Fashion & Textile (Lead), Danish Chamber of Commerce / WEAR and Danish Fashion Institute – in cooperation with the BGMEA are running the project which is financed by Danish development agency DANIDA.
