A stakeholders' workshop was organized by PPP Authority, Prime Minister’s Office and Bangladesh Textile Mills Corporation (BTMC) to discuss the issue of operating the public textile mills through public-private partnership.
State Minister for Textiles and Jute Mirza Azam, MP attended the program as chief guest.
BGMEA President Md. Siddiqur Rahman was also present at the workshop which was presided over by BTMC Chairman Brigadier General Muhammad Quamruzzaman.
The workshop was held in Dhaka on 10 July.
