BGMEA, in collaboration with Geocycle and GIZ, organized a seminar titled “Safe Disposal of Textile Sludge” on Tuesday, September 3 at the Six Seasons hotel in Dhaka.

Director of the BGMEA, Mohiuddin Rubel attended the seminar as a special guest.

In his address to the audience, he expressed his gratitude to GIZ and Geocycle for their groundbreaking solution to manage textile sludge disposal. In addition, he urged the government to support a more conducive framework for the industry.

Representatives of brands, factories, government offices among others were present in the seminar.
